The Ministry of Health informs: since 5/21/2022 PCR tests at entry to Israel for Israelis and foreigners will be abolished.
In addition, foreigners will not have to undergo a PCR test or an antigen test before boarding a flight.
As a result of the decrease in the incidence of coronavirus, as of May 21, 2022 (midnight Friday to Saturday, Israeli time) the obligation to undergo a PCR test when entering Israel (Ben-Gurion Airport, land and sea crossings) will be eliminated for both Israelis and foreigners.
In addition, the obligation previously imposed on foreigners to undergo a PCR test or antigen test before boarding a flight, land or sea crossing into Israel will be eliminated. Also, the obligation to undergo screening before a cruise departing from Israel will be eliminated.
Passengers are still required to fill out a declaration of entry to Israel within 48 hours before boarding a flight or ship.
The Department of Health will continue to update the information in the event of further changes in the guidelines.
